Great location and friendly staff, but rooms need maintenance and better cleaning.

The room was silent, brand-new and had a safe box, TV, coffee and tea making facilities.

The queen room was well-kept with a sofa, the bed was great. Central location in a great area close distance to everything. Based really close to many restaurants and Chamblee or Dunwoody station and transport.

The location is superb, close to shopping and restaurants, and the food offered is delightful, with late-night availability. cleanliness and room preparation could improve.

Convenient location right off the exit. Check-in was efficient despite heavy foot traffic. Staff at the front desk were welcoming, making the process pleasant. The room was neat, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. The updated bathroom was a lovely touch. issues arose. A previous reservation was mishandled due to system failure, resulting in additional hassle. Communication errors about amenities were frustrating. The cleanliness left something to be desired, with mold and maintenance delays. There were unsettling safety concerns outside the property. With proper training and attention to detail, this establishment could truly shine. Improvements are necessary for both staff professionalism and guest safety.

the hotel is beautiful inside and out. great parking options. the front desk staff is friendly and welcoming. got cookies at check-in. big, private pool that the kids loved, even though it could use a bit of cleaning. room amenities include a flat-screen TV, fridge, microwave, and comfortable beds. nice fitness center too.

The front desk staff were awesome, super friendly and helpful! I even got to check in early, which was a big plus. The bar had delicious food and drinks, and the free parking in both front and back was convenient. The pool was pristine and had great hours, and I even got a later checkout for free. I will definitely consider returning!

I hit traffic at the hotel entrance during my stay, making it a bit chaotic with the constant coming and going. It was kind of a bummer that the pool was closed, as I was looking forward to a dip.

The shower was a nightmare—clogged and freezing! Not to mention the room had this musty smell and peeling paint everywhere. Seriously, how hard is it to keep things in shape?
